HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.22674 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of respondent No.4 in not registering the crime based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 03.09.2018, as being illegal, unjust and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions dated 25.10.2019, a copy of which is placed on record of this Court, submits that based on the complaint of the petitioner, the 4th respondent authority has registered a case in Crime No.149 of 2019 under Sections 447, 427, 323, 504 and 506 IPC of Vemulapally police station on 18.10.2019. Having regard to the submission on behalf of the 4th respondent and inasmuch as the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, no further orders are required to be passed in the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
