HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

According to the learned counsel for petitioner, petitioner was the owner of the land to an extent of Ac.3.06 guntas in Sy.No.575/A of Kuchinerla Shivar, K.T.Doddi Mandal, Jogulamba Gadwal district. Grievance of the petitioner is, in the subsequent revenue records, the extent of petitioner's land is reduced to Ac.2.01 guntas, and without notice or opportunity such deletion was made and the same is illegal. Aggrieved by such deletion, representation was made on 16.04.2019. Legal notice was also issued on 17.04.2019 requesting to rectify the entry with regard to the extent of land. Alleging inaction, this Writ Petition is filed. Copies of representation and the legal notice are filed as Exhibits - P17 and P18 to the writ petition paper book.

In view thereof, without entering into the merits, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Tahsildar to examine the claim of petitioner as ventilated in the representation, and furnish suitable reply as warranted by law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
