The case of the petitioner is that he filed appeal before the 3rd respondent on 11.04.2016 for correction of the revenue entries in Onlines/Web land records in respect of property to an extent of Ac.0.32 cents in RS.No.127/4, Patta No.445 of Rajupeta Revenue Village, Tiruvuru Mandal, Krishna District. As the same is not being disposed of present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal, in accordance with law, within a period of three months, after issuing notice to the parties of the appeal. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
