THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO WRIT PETITION No.1482 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Smt. M. Rajeswari, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Home and with their consent, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The petitioners have filed the instant Writ Petition for a direction in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not fixing the rate of admission for the theaters as per their applications as illegal and null and void. When the matter came up for hearing, both the learned counsel would submit that earlier, in similar batch of Writ Petitions in Writ Petition No.18779 of 2014 and batch and also in Writ Petition No.38386 of 2016, this Court passed the orders and this Writ Petition which stands on the same footing, may also be disposed of in terms of the orders passed earlier. In view of the above submission made by both the learned counsel, this Writ Petition is disposed of, in terms of the order, dated 08.11.2016 in Writ Petition No.38386 of 2016, to the effect that the present Writ Petitioners are at liberty to collect their

UDPR, J W.P.No.1482 of 2017 proposed fares, informing the same to the authorities concerned and pay taxes proportionately to the Government, till issuance of new G.O. by the respondents.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
