HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.4202 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

2. This Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that the grievance canvassed in this writ petition is covered by a decision of this Court in W.P. No.1339/2014 and batch in Voonna Bangaraju Vs. Government of Andhra Pradesh and others[1]. In the reported decision, this Court has considered the description of survey numbers 159/2 and 162/2 of Salur Village as Gramakantam and the legality of refusal to register on the ground of the same being described as Gramakantam.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is ordered as per the terms and conditions of the order passed in W.P. No.1339/2014 and batch dated 06.03.2014. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
