ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings dated 13.6.2016 issued by the 2nd respondent.

It is not in dispute that the deponent of the present writ petition in her personal capacity had already filed W.P.No.19397 of 2016 and this Court disposed of the same directing the 2nd respondentDistrict Collector therein to consider the representation made by the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

The present writ petition is filed in the name of the Gram Panchayat represented by the same deponent, who has filed W.P.No.19397 of 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he was not informed by the petitioner about the disposal of the said writ petition and fairly concedes that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
