Heard Sri Penjuri Venugopal, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing for 11th respondent and Sri G.Seshadri, learned Standing Counsel for 8th respondent and Sri K.Ramakanth Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 to 5.

It is stated by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties that representation of the petitioner dated 27.04.2018 is pending before the 3rd respondent and a direction may be given to the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the same. Since the representation of the petitioner dated 27.04.2018 is stated to be pending before the 3rd respondent, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.04.2018 in accordance with law and take action within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
