This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by the petitioners/A-1 to A-4 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.218 of 2015 on the file of the Yacharam Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District.

2. Heard and perused the material available on record.

3. The offences alleged against the petitioners are punishable under Sections 420, 427, 504 and 506 read with 120-B I.P.C.

4. The truth or otherwise of the said allegations can be ascertained by the Investigating Agency during the course of investigation. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings against the petitioners in the above crime.
