Since the petitioner has remedy of appeal under the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure to challenge the order dt.30-11-2015 in C.C.No.11 of 2009, I am not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition.

Therefore granting liberty to petitioner to avail the said remedy, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
