This Writ Petition is filed assailing the action of the respondents in not allowing the petitioner to run its theater as per the rates mentioned in their application dated 02.06.2018. Heard Sri V.V.Satish, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in similar circumstances this Court disposed of W.P.Nos.18779 of 2014 & batch by Common Order dated 31.10.2016 and same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Having regard to the facts and submissions and for the reasons alike in the aforesaid Common Order dated 31.10.2016, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
