When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the case of the petitioner was considered and rejected vide proceedings dated 19.03.2012.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not disputed the submission made by the learned Government Pleader. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the rejection order dated 19.03.2012, he is at liberty to challenge the same. No order as to costs.
