This Civil Revision Petition is filed feeling aggrieved by order, dated 19.03.2018, in I.A.No.12 of 2016 in O.S.No.76 of 2002 on the file of the learned Additional Senior Civil Judge, Anakapalle.

On 21.06.2018, the petitioner - the party-in-person, was not present. Hence, the case was adjourned to today. Today also, the petitioner has been called absent. 3.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, I.A.No.1 of 2018 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
