CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO. 1708 OF 2017 O R D E R :

When the matter came up for hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri V.Sudhakar Reddy and the learned counsel for the first respondent, Sri M. Sudhkir Kumar have filed a joint memo stating that in FCA.No. 209 of 2016, which is a divorce appeal pending before this Court between the same parties, both the parties have entered into compromise as per which, on 02/02/2018 this Court granted divorce as per the terms of the said compromise.

2. It is further submitted by both the counsel that one of the terms of the compromise is that the present Criminal Revision Case No. 1708 of 2017 is to be allowed by setting aside the order dated 01/03/2016 in FCOP.No. 70 of 2013.

3. In that view of the matter, both the counsel submitted that the joint memo may be accepted and Crl.RC.No. 1708 of 2017 may be

allowed by setting aside the order dated 01/3/2016 of the Family Court, SPSR Nellore district, passed in FCOP.No. 70 of 2013.

4. Perused the joint memo and in view of the above submissions of both the counsel, Criminal Revision Case No. 1708 of 2017 is allowed by setting aside the order dated 01/3/2016 in FCOP.No. 70 of 2013 on the file of Family Court, SPSR Nellore district.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is allowed in terms of the joint memo.

6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
