This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in proposing to pickup the persons of their choice and sending messages and making calls selectively without considering the applications of the petitioners which are already pending with the respondents. Sri A.Madhava Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2, 3 and 5 submits that the present notification is issued calling the skilled candidates for grant of loans; and that after this exercise is over unskilled persons also will be called for the purpose of sanctioning of loans. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for 1st respondent. Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the writ petition can be disposed of recording the aforesaid submission. In view of the above, recording the aforesaid submission of learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
