The only grievance of the petitioners is that they made a representation, dated 14.05.2018, to the 2nd respondent-District Collector for protecting the subject Government land, so as to issue house site pattas to them. As no action is taken on the said representation, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the representation of the petitioners is pending before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the above referred representation of the petitioners in accordance with law and take action accordingly.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
