Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner claims that he is the owner of land to an extent of Acs.6.20 guntas in Survey No.97/A/2 of Dharmaram Village, Maddur Mandal, Siddipet District, by virtue of Gift Settlement Deed, dated 10.07.2008, executed by his grand mother. He alleges that his name was mutated in the revenue records and was also issued pattadar passbook and title deeds. He applied for conducting of survey of the land by submitting application in F-Line on 23.04.2018. Alleging inaction in considering the said application, this Writ Petition is filed.

The receipt of TSTS Limited dated 23.04.2018 is filed as Ex.P1 at page No.11 of the writ petition material paper book. 4.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Maddur Mandal, Siddipet District, the 2nd respondent, to consider the application, dated 23.04.2018, filed by the petitioner for conducting of survey. If the said application is validly made and if the petitioner is entitled to conduct survey, take appropriate steps. Having regard to the inordinate delay in considering the application, the Tahsildar is directed to take decision within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of

a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
