I.A.No.02 of 2025 (FOR BEING MENTIONED) This application is filed under the caption "for being mentioned" for replacing of Police Station name from "Miryalaguda I Town Police Station,

Crl.A.No.9286 of 2025 Nalgonda District"

to Madannapet Police Station, Hyderabad "in Para No.6(i) of the order dated 29.08.2025 in Crl.P.No.9287 of 2025.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, due to oversight, the facts of the case in the main petition were wrongly mentioned, the same are hereby corrected. Hence, the Police Station name in paragraph No.6(i) of the order dated 29.08.2025 in Crl.P.No.9287 of 2025 shall be replaced with the following:

"The petitioner No.3/accused No.17 shall surrender before the Miryalaguda I Town Police Station, Nalgonda District."

Accordingly, the application is allowed.

Office is directed to carry out necessary corrections and issue fresh copy.
