In the present writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that pursuant to the complaint dt.23.09.2019, FIR is not being registered by respondent No.2.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, Crime No.615 of 2019 has been registered by the respondent authorities on 16.10.2019 and thus, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
