This Criminal Appeal is of the year 2007. The appellant / petitioner obtained suspension of execution of sentence for the offences under sections 366 (A) and 376 (f) IPC and ordered to be released on bail on executing personal bond for Rs,10.000/ - with two sureties for the like sum to the satisfaction of I Additional Sessions Judge, Warangal.

Since then, the matter is adjourned from time to time till this day. Today, in spite of posting the matter under the caption of "For Dismissal", none appeared for the appellant which clearly show that the appellant has no interest to prosecute the appeal. Accordingly, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. The interim bail granted in Criminal M.P. No.390 of 2007, dated: 12-3-2007, is cancelled.

It is directed that the IV Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal shall issue warrant against the appellant and secure his presence to serve remaining sentence of imprisonment imposed in S.C. No.119/ 2006.
