THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 13325 of 2017 O R D E R:
The petitioner questions the inaction of the respondents and seeks a direction to the respondents-authorities to consider her application dated 30.04.2016 to conduct survey and demarcate her land in Sy.No.28/ 2-4, admeasuring Ac.2.00 guntas situated at Nadigudem village & Mandal, Suryapet-Nalgonda district. 2.
It is the case of the petitioner that she made an application dated 30.04.2016 to the respondent-authorities for conducting survey and to fix boundaries to her land, so as to protect her land and paid necessary fee, and in spite of the same, the survey is not being conducted.

At the time of hearing it is represented by both the learned counsel that the subject matter of writ petition is covered by judgment of this Court in W.P.No.4811 of 2011 & Batch, dated 28.04.2016 and sought for a similar direction in this writ petition also. 4.
In view of the above facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of by this order:
(i) The petitioner is directed to place all the documents on which she is relying upon by enclosing a copy of this order to 3rd and 4th respondents within three weeks from today.
(ii) The respondent-authorities are directed to consider the application of the petitioner for survey and demarcation of lands after receiving necessary charges, keeping in view the Circulars vide Rc.No.N1/ 1408/ 07, dated 13-07-2007, Rc.No.N1/ 6543/ 99,
dated 25-07-2001 and Circular vide Rc.No.N2/ 1741/ 2010, dated 18-05-2010 and also in terms of the judgment in W.A.No.618 of 2013 and also keeping in view the provisions of Sections 89, 89-A and 92 of the Act and take necessary action and communicate the decision to the petitioner.
(iii) It is open for the petitioner to prefer appeal against the said order, if so aggrieved, in terms of circulars referred to above. 5.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
