Sri Mohd. Ashraf Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh complaint before the authorities in relation to loss of passport. Granting such liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
