Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition alleging that his representation dt.06.03.2017 made to respondents 1 to 3 for appointment as Shift Operator on contract basis has not been disposed of by the respondents 1 to 3.

Smt J.Koteshwari Devi, Standing Counsel for respondents states that respondents 1 to 3 will dispose of said representation within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 to 3 to dispose of the petitioner's representation within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
