THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA C.M.A.No.1167 OF 2005 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) This Court, by order, dated 04.02.2015, permitted the learned counsel for appellant to serve notice on the respondent and file proof of service. Thereafter, when the matter was called on 18.03.2015, as no proof of service is filed, learned counsel for the appellant was again permitted to serve notice on the respondent. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 15.04.2015 and even by that date, proof of service was not filed. Further, when the matter was listed on 17.06.2015, there was no representation for the appellant and no proof of service is filed. As such, the appeal was ordered to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter has come up, none appears for the appellant and there is no representation on her behalf.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed. No costs.
