OFFICE NOTE 04.08.2022 KS,J I.A.No.1 of 2022 This Application is filed by the petitioner/accused No.6 to 9 seeking relaxation of the condition by reducing the surety amount from Rs.20,000/- to Rs.10,000/- with two sureties for the like sum each, imposed by this Court in Crl.P.No.6315 of 2022 by order dated 25.07.2022 while granting bail to them, in connection with Crime No.613 of 2022 on the file of Medipally Police Station, Rachakonda. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the bail was granted on 25.07.2022 the petitioners are unable to furnish the sureties as they could not gather the said amount.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is inclined to reduce the surety amount from Rs.20,000/- to Rs.10,000/- with two sureties for the like sum each. The other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered. With this modification, I.A. is ordered.
