Heard Mr M.Srinivasa Rao, counsel for the petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue). The petitioner prays for the following relief: ".........writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not considering the petitioner's objections dated 07-03-2018 in respect of the lands in Sy.No.964/A7 to an xtent of Ac.0-35 gts, Sy.Np.964/A5 to an extent of Ac.1-00 gts & Sy.No.982/E3 to an extent of Ac.0-20 gts of Aitipamula Village, Kattanguru Mandal, Nalgonda District ......."

After perusing the affidavit, this Court is of the view that the time spent by the petitioner from the date of filing of representation is very short. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as premature. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
