The writ petition is filed questioning the G.O.Ms.No.75 dated 23.06.2017 issued by the respondent to the extent of maintenance charges as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter has come up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home (T.S) submits that the G.O.Ms.No.75 dated 23.06.2017 has been kept in abeyance until further orders. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the legal remedies, if so advised as and when the same is being operated.
