HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7263 of 2014 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/ A.2 to A.4 seek to quash the proceedings in Crime No.8 of 2014 of Women P.S, Mahabubnagar, which was registered against them for the offences under Sections 420, 498-A IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of D.P. Act.

2) When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 03.02.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, W.P.S, Mahabubnagar, Mahabubnagar District and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed and case was registered as C.C.No.412 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Mahabubnagar and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the FIR has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

3) There is no representation for petitioners.

4) In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
