HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2790 of 2013 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with a liberty to agitate the ground that the Executing Court did not follow the determination of market value under Order 21 Rule 66 of Code of Civil Procedure, while conduction the auction. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty as prayed for subject to permissibility under law. There shall be no order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
