HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5875 of 2016 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India questioning the orders dated 30.11.2015 in I.A.No.1372 of 2015 in O.S.No.508 of 2015 on the file of the Court of X Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the criminal Court called for the records in O.S.No.508 of 2015. He further submitted that in view of the orders of the criminal Court, the purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
