HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.19818 of 2018 ORDER:

Alleging inaction of respondents 2 to 4 in disposing representations dated 17.05.2018, 19.05.2018, 24.05.2018 and 26.05.2018, the present writ petition is filed. Having regard to the limited grievance, I am satisfied the writ petition can be disposed of by this order. (a) The petitioners are given liberty to re-submit representations dated 17.05.2018, 19.05.2018, 24.05.2018 and 26.05.2018 before respondents 2 to 4 by enclosing a copy of this order.

(b) On such re-submission, the respondents 2 to 4 are directed to consider and dispose of the representations, within two weeks thereafter, after issuing notice to the 5th respondent as well.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
