The Court made the following:

O r d e r :

The owner of goods carriage bearing registration No.AP 01 T 7759 filed this Writ Petition feeling aggrieved by the seizure of the said vehicle on 25-11-2015 by respondent No.2 for transporting sand without permit.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though he is willing to pay the prescribed penalty as per G.O.Ms.No.15 Industries and Commerce (Mines-I) Department, dated 19-02-2015, respondent No.2 has not been receiving the application for release of the seized vehicle.

In the light of the innocuous grievance of the petitioner, respondent No.2 is directed to receive the petitioner's application, if and when submitted, and dispose of the same in accordance with the aforesaid GO within three days of its receipt.

Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.50787 of 2015, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
