Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioner claims that he is the absolute owner and in possession of agricultural land in Survey No.4b (Acs.3.05 guntas, Survey No.87/1 (Ac.0.25 guntas), Survey No.79/1 (Ac.0.271⁄2 guntas), Survey No.7/A/1 (Acs.5.09), Survey No.80a/1 (Ac.0.13 guntas) and Survey No.81a/1 (Ac.0.041⁄2 guntas), in total, Acs.10.04 guntas situated at Shanigaram Revenue Village, Kamalapur Mandal, Warangal Urban District. He applied for mutation of his name in the revenue records by submitting application in Form VIA under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 through online web portal. 3.

The receipt issued by TSTS Limited dated 11.03.2019 is filed as Ex.P2 at page No.11 of the writ petition material paper book. 4.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Kamalapur Mandal, Warangal Urban District, the 4th respondent, to consider the application of the petitioner dated 11.03.2019 for mutation of his name in the revenue records and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
