THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.BALAYOGI WRIT PETITION NO.936 OF 2017

O R D E R

(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The applicant in O.A.No.3160 of 2016 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, filed this writ petition seeking implementation of the order dated 22.08.2016 passed therein whereby the respondents were directed to pass appropriate orders on her representation dated 25.05.2016 within a time frame. Learned Assistant Government Pleader fairly states before this Court that no writ petition was filed by the State or its officers against the aforestated order.

That being so, it is not open to the respondents to fail to implement the order passed by the Tribunal in the light of the undertaking given by the learned Advocate General for the State of Telangana to the Division Bench of this Court comprising the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice and the Hon'ble Sri Justice U.Durga Prasad Rao, which was duly recorded vide order dated 30.09.2016 in W.P.No.31905 of 2016.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the authorities concerned to abide by and implement the order dated 22.08.2016 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No.3160 of 2016 expeditiously and, in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
