Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and of the learned standing counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned standing counsel are in agreement that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the common order, dated 24.04.2018, of this Court in WP.No.32850 of 2016 and batch. A copy of the said common order is placed on record. Having regard to the submissions and for the reasons alike as were mentioned in the afore-said common order, dated 24.04.2018, of this Court in WP.No.

32850 of 2016 and batch, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the said common order, directing the petitioners to submit, within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, their explanation(s) or copies of explanations, if such explanations are already submitted, in response to the notice issued to them under Section 452 of the Hyderabad Corporation Act, 1955. Further the 2nd respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of such explanation(s) from the petitioners, however, in strict accordance with the procedure established by law, and communicate the decision taken thereon to the petitioners within a week thereafter.

It is made clear that till a considered decision, as directed now, is taken by the 2nd respondent, the petitioners shall not proceed with further constructions and shall maintain absolute status quo.

regularisation of the building may also be considered for confirmation by the 2nd respondent while passing appropriate orders. There shall be no order as to costs.
