HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.9320 OF 2015 O R D E R :

The grievance of the petitioner is that his applications for construction of compound wall in respect of his property bearing H.No.3-17, situated at Rameshwerepally Village and Grampanchayat, Bhiknoor Mandal, Nizamabad District were not considered by respondents Authorities from June, 1999 onwards. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and Sri P.Raghavender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.4 and 5. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner has not made applications in a proper format as per the rules by paying necessary fee along with plans etc.

In view of the same, the petitioner is permitted to make an application as per the rules in force along with plan and also necessary fee and on such application, the respondent Authorities may consider the same and take action in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date on which the petitioner made such application.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
