Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Notice of respondent Nos I to 3 was sent through registered post and to that affect proof of filed, but no report of service or unserved notices are filed.

This transfer CMP is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking withdrawal of O.S.No.325 of 2013 pending on the file of Special Assistant Agent, Mobile Court, Bhadrachalam and to transfer the same to the Court of Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Mobile Court, Rampachodavaram, East Godavari District.

In view of the changed circumstances with effect from 01.01.2019 this Court may not pass any such orders of withdrawing the matter pending in Telangana State and transfer the same to the Andhra Pradesh.

Therefore, having regard to the facts of the case, this Transfer CMP is disposed of with liberty to the petrtioner to approach the appropriate forum for the remedy sought for. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
