Aggrieved by the action of respondents 2 to 6 in interfering with the civil disputes in regard to land admeasuring Ac.8-26 guntas in Sy.No.782 of Kamareddy Village shivar, Kamareddy District, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue basing on the written instructions submits that respondents 4 to 6 are not interfering in the subject land in Sy.No.782, as the case is pending in O.S.No.1 of 2018 on the file of IX Additional District Judge's Court, Kamareddy.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home also states that the respondent-police are not interfering in the civil disputes. In view of the same, recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of.
