ORAL ORDER:

This writ petition is filed alleging that even though appeal was preferred by the petitioner on 26.4.2015 challenging the order of removal dated 27.3.2015, the appeal is not disposed of. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Special Standing Counsel for respondents produced the proceedings of the Project Director dated 15.3.2016 wherein he passed orders rejecting the appeal. Copy of the same is served on the learned counsel for petitioner. Learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave of the Court to avail appropriate remedy against the decision of the Appellate Authority.
