THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.19827 of 2018 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The challenge in this writ petition is to be action of the State Bank of India in issuing e-auction notice dated 02.05.2018 in respect of the property mentioned at item No.12 therein. As per the said e-auction notice, the sale was scheduled to be held on 29.05.2018. The petitioner sought a consequential direction to set aside the e-auction notice and the consequential sale, if any. 2.

While so, Sri Gopala Krishna, learned counsel representing Sri Ambadipudi Satyanarayana, learned counsel for the SBI, would inform this Court that the Bank cancelled the e-auction notice dated 02.05.2018 and no sale was held pursuant thereto on 29.05.2018.

In the light of the said statement, the cause of action in this writ petition is rendered purely academic and does not warrant consideration on merits. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
