Sridhar Reddy, learned counsel the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach appropriate authorities. The above submission is placed on record and the writ petition is dismissed as having been withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate authorities for redressal of his grievance. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
