ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 11.08.2016 passed by this Court in WP No.23348 of 2013. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the order against which, the present contempt case is filed, was set aside by the Division Bench, and therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this contempt case.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
