Learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj has produced proceedings dated 27.06.2018 withdrawing the impugned rejection order dated 17.04.2018. In this view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to pass a fresh reasoned order in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner. 3.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed as consequence. There shall be no order as to costs.
