It is submitted by the learned Counsel appearing on either side that the subject matter of these Writ Petitions is squarely covered by the decision of this Court rendered in W.P.Nos.25293 of 2014 and Batch, dated 10.07.2015.

Following the decision of this Court in W.P. Nos. 25293 of 2014 and Batch, dated 10.07.2015 and for the reasons stated therein, the present Writ Petitions are disposed of in terms thereof. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petitions shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
