HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRL.P.M.P.No.6482 OF 2015 AND CRIMINAL PETITION No.6579 of 2015 COMMON ORDER :

The criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.574 of 2013 on the file of VI Additional First Class Judicial Magistrate, Warangal for the offences punishable under Sections 384 and 506 IPC. Pending the criminal petition, Crl.M.P.No.6482 of 2015 is filed by the de facto complainant-1st respondent and petitioner with joint memo seeking permission to compound the criminal case stating that the matter is amicably settled between the parties outside the Court. Having heard the parties, permission is thereby accorded as the parties stated that they amicably settled the matter to purchase peace. Accordingly, the offences are compounded in terms of their compromise at the instance of the de facto complainant since present with the petitioner/accused.

Accordingly, Crl.P.M.P.No.6482 of 2015 is allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to C.C.No.574 of 2013 on the file of VI Additional First Class Judicial Magistrate, Warangal are quashed against the petitioner. The bail bonds of the petitioner/accused, if any, shall stand cancelled. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. _______________________________ Dr. B.
