THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.1975 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not conducting investigation pursuant to the registration of Crime No.1245 of 2016 dated 02.12.2016. Learned Government Pleader submits that the investigation was completed and a charge sheet was also filed. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition.

At this stage, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not allowed to enter into his land in spite of an order of the competent Civil Court. If that is so, it is open for the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed.
