The grievance of the petitioner is that he made complaint on 21-04-2018 against the 5th respondent. As no action has been taken the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner, detailed enquiry was ordered by the Superintendent of Police, Vikarabad District appointing SubDivisional Police Officer (SDPO) as enquiry officer and the SDPO conducted enquiry and submitted report dated 02-07-2018 stating that allegations made by the petitioner against the 5th respondent are false and that the matter is purely civil in nature and the petitioner was also advised to approach the Court of law. It is further stated that the said endorsement will be communicated to the petitioner.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-police to communicate the said endorsement to the petitioner. It is open for the petitioner to avail alternative remedy available to him against the same. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.
