HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRL.P.No.5483 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed to relax the conditions imposed against the petitioners-A1 &A2 in Crl.M.P.No.790 of 2015 in Crime No.31 of 2015 of Ravikamatam Police Station, dated 23.05.2015, on the file of the Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge to try Offences under NDPS Act, Visakhapatnam.

By the aforesaid order, the petitioners were granted bail subject to the condition that they should execute a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties in a like sum each i.e., one local surety and one their native place surety, to the satisfaction of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Chodavaram. Further, the petitioners shall produce the local solvency certificates issued by a Government servant and they shall surrender their passports, if any, and also directed to produce attested copies of Voters Card and Aadhar Card.

Heard both sides.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any valid ground to relax the conditions imposed against the petitioners.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioners to file an application for appropriate relief and as and when such an application is filed, the same shall be disposed of by the Court below in accordance with law. _________________ M.S.K.JAISWAL, J 29-06-2015 Gsn
