HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.11889 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner and possessor of an extent of Ac.2-50 cents of land (fish tank) covered by RS.NO.575/1 of Ilaparru Village, Nandivada Mandal, Krishna District having purchased the same through registered sale deed dated 27-01-2010 from his vendors viz., Smt.K.Sujatha and K.R.Tagore under document No.72/2010. In pursuance of the same, the petitioner made online application in Form-VI (A) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,1971 (for short "the Act") under receipt bearing No.AE3882453, dated 27-12-2016 for mutation and issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed. As no action has been taken, the petitioner submitted application dated 05-02-2017 to the 3rd respondent. But no orders are passed on the same. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the application filed by the petitioner is in Form VI-A of the Act and the same is

pending before the 4th respondent, it is for the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the same. Accordingly, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in Form VI-A after issuing notice to him and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
