HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO MACMA No.2340 of 2009 JUDGMENT:

In view of the Letter dated 21.09.2015 submitted by Sri Kota Subba Rao, learned counsel for appellant to the Registrar(Judicial) stating that the appellant/Insurance Company intends to withdraw the appeal, and hence the M.A.C.M.A may be dismissed as withdrawn, this M.A.C.M.A is dismissed as withdrawn without costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
