ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: "......to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.1 herein in not passing any orders on the representation dt 25.6.2019 and 10.8.2019 submitted by the petitioner for providing Out of Designation Duties as being illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct respondent No.1 herein to provide out of designation duties to the petitioner herein and to grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Heard Sri G.Rajesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Sri B.Mayur Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation.

The grievance of the petitioner is that since he is unable to perform the duties of Shramik, he submitted representations to the 1st respondent on 25.06.2019 and on 10.8.2019 for providing out of Designation Duties. But, so far, the 1st respondent has not passed any orders thereon. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that appropriate orders be passed directing the 1st respondent

to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner on 25.06.2019 and on 10.8.2019.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents contends that the 1st respondent would consider the representations submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon.

Having considered the rival submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition can be disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner on 25.06.2019 and on 10.8.2019 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
